REFUND POLICY
At QadMart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day refund policy for eligible purchases. Please review the following guidelines carefully before requesting a refund.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may request a refund under the following conditions:

The wrong product was sent by QadMart.

The product received is defective or damaged during shipping.

The product is tampered with or missing essential components.
- The product is in its original condition and packaging (sealed/unopened).
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the purchase date.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Products purchased during sale periods or with a discount/promotional code are not eligible for refunds.
- Refund claims can only be made once per customer and must apply to their first order from QadMart.
2. Refund Process

Submit a Refund Request
- Customers must email support@qadmart.com with their order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Review & Approval
- QadMart will review refund requests within 2-3 business days and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if the claim is approved.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The return package must include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
- A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Issuance
- Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing time varies from 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
3. Important Terms & Conditions

Customers must return the product in its original condition and packaging. Any product that is damaged due to misuse, missing accessories, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests after 14 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
- If a customer previously made a successful refund claim, they are not eligible for another refund claim.
